4 ounces cornmeal
4 ounces flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 12-oz can corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten
8 ounces plain yogurt
1 15-oz can creamed corn
2 Tbsp honey or 1/2 cup chopped dried berries
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup broken pecans
whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl
gently stir in drained corn
whisk the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl
pour contents of medium bowl into large bowl
gently blend all together
pour into buttered square pan
sprinkle pecans on top
bake 40 min @ 350°
[if prepared ahead, reheat for 15 min @ 325°]
