2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 white onion, chopped
2 cups sliced celery
2 cups roughly chopped broccoli
1/3 cup millet
3 cups vegetable broth
salt / pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
bay leaf
parmesan rind
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 Tbsp pesto
saute onion / celery in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes
add everything else except walnuts
bring to a boil, lower to simmer, cover, cook 30 minutes
remove bay leaf / parmesan rind
wand-blend, not perfectly
stir in walnuts / pesto
