Easy Fish Chowder

slice or chop 1/4 onion, 1 carrot, 1 stalk celery

saute in olive oil with 2 canned anchovies

add cooked grain [rice / millet / farro] & salt & pepper & smoked paprika

add 1 cup chicken broth & 1 tsp white miso paste & dry mustard

boil for a few minutes

add 1 cup milk

once boiling, drop in 3 oz cod cut into 5 pieces

cook 5 more minutes
